Cocktail Recept: Tahiti

A Tahiti cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 1 cl. Cointreau 
• 1 cl. Gin 
• 1 cl. Lemon juice
• 10 cl. Sect 
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the sparkling wine.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a champagne glass.
Supplement the mix, to taste, with ice-cold dry sparkling wine.
