How do I create a Tahiti cocktail?

1. Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, except the sparkling wine.
3. Then shake the mix vigorously.
4. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a champagne glass.
5. Supplement the mix, to taste, with ice-cold dry sparkling wine.
