What do you need for a Scotch peppermint?

A Scotch peppermint cocktail contains the following ingredients:

4 cl. Whisky
2 cl. Creme de Cacao white
2 cl. Creme de Menthe
3 cl. Lemon juice
1 pair Ice Cubes

How do I create a Scotch peppermint cocktail?

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a goblet glass or a cocktail glass containing some ice cubes.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
