How do I create a Sahara cocktail?

1. Place some ice cubes in a highball glass.
2. Add the vermouth.
3. Then stir the mix lightly.
4. Supplement the cocktail further, to taste, with (cold) bitter lemon.
5. Present the cocktail with a straw.
6. Serve the cocktail immediately.
