A Rum cobbler cocktail contains the following ingredients:
Pour the soda water into a tumbler or an old-fashioned glass and dissolve a bar spoon of icing sugar in it. Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice, add the rum and stir thoroughly. Serve the cocktail immediately and with a straw.
