Cocktail Recept: Rising sun

A Rising sun cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 3 cl. Cointreau 
• 3 cl. Sake 
• 6 cl. Grapefruit juice
• 1 cl. Grenadine
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the grenadine.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a tumbler with some ice cubes.
Then stir the mix.
Finally, carefully add a dash of grenadine into the center of the cocktail.
Present the cocktail with a short straw.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
