Cocktail Recept: Port wine flip

A Port wine flip cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 4 cl. Port red 
• 1 cl. Cognac 
• 1 cl. Sugar syrup
• 1 bit Egg yolk
• 1 bit Ice Cube
• 1 bit Nutmeg

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the nutmeg.
Be moderate with the sugar syrup.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a cocktail glass.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
Sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg over the cocktail.
