What do you need for a Pompier highball?

• 3 cl.Curacao triple sec
• 2 cl.Creme de Cassis
• 12 cl.Soda water
• 1 pairIce Cubes

How do I create a Pompier highball cocktail?

1. Mix the curacao, creme de cassis and some ice cubes well in a mixing glass.
2. Fill a highball glass with a few ice cubes and pour the mix through a strainer.
3. Top up the cocktail with soda water, to taste.
4. Serve with a straw.
