- 3 cl. Curacao triple sec
- 2 cl. Creme de Cassis
- 12 cl. Soda water
- 1 pair Ice Cubes

A Pompier highball cocktail contains the following ingredients:
Mix the curacao, creme de cassis and some ice cubes well in a mixing glass. Fill a highball glass with a few ice cubes and pour the mix through a strainer. Top up the cocktail with soda water, to taste. Serve with a straw.
