What do you need for a Pink raspberry?
- 2 cl. Campari
- 2 cl. Jenever
- 6 cl. Grapefruit juice
- 8 cl. Tonic
- 1 pair Ice Cubes
- 1 pair Raspberries
How do I create a Pink raspberry cocktail?
Place some ice cubes in a highball glass.
Now put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the campari, raspberry gin and grapefruit juice.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into the highball glass.
Top up the cocktail with tonic water to taste.
Thread some raspberries onto a cocktail stick and place it on the rim of the glass.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
