Cocktail Recept: Pink Lady

A Pink Lady cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 270 ml. Gin 
• 9 ml. Cointreau 
• 30 ml. Grenadine
• 90 gram Powdered sugar
• 1 bit Egg white
• 6 Ice Cubes
• 100 ml. Lime juice
• 6 Cherries

Coat the rims of 6 champagne glasses with the syrup and dip them in the icing sugar. Place the egg whites in a shaker with the ice, then add the gin, Cointreau, lime juice and the remaining syrup. Shake hard and long so that the egg white is evenly distributed. Pour it into the glasses and serve with a cherry as garnish.
