How do I create a Pink Lady cocktail?

1. Coat the rims of 6 champagne glasses with the syrup and dip them in the icing sugar.
2. Place the egg whites in a shaker with the ice, then add the gin, Cointreau, lime juice and the remaining syrup.
3. Shake hard and long so that the egg white is evenly distributed.
4. Pour it into the glasses and serve with a cherry as garnish.
