Cocktail Recept: Pineapple fizz

A Pineapple fizz cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 1 cl. Blue Curacao 
• 1 cl. Rum 
• 3 cl. Pineapple juice
• 1 cl. Lemon juice
• 10 cl. Soda water
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Place all ingredients, except the soda water, together with a few ice cubes in the shaker. Shake vigorously and pour this mix through the strainer into a tumbler or an old-fashioned glass. Top up with soda water to taste and serve immediately.
