How do I create a Pina Colada cocktail?

1. With the exotic drink the Pina Colada you bring the tropics into your home.
2. The Pina Colada is the national drink of tropical Puerto Rico. In the tropics everyone is always cheerful. So make sure you serve this Pina Colada cocktail with a big smile.
3. Pina Colada literally means: strained pineapple.
4. There are different versions of the Pina Colada cocktail. I make it with the ingredients mentioned.
5. This Pina Colada is made with a shaker. You can also make it with a blender. If you use a blender you can use fresh pineapple. With fresh pineapple this cocktail tastes just a little more tropical.
6. Place all ingredients in a shaker and add some ice cubes. Shake briefly but vigorously until the liquid is evenly distributed.
7. Shake briefly until it is an even liquid. Before you pour this into your hurricane glass, fill the glass with ice cubes.
8. After pouring, garnish with pineapple and possibly a cherry, with a parasol, a lantern and a straw and turn it into a festive tropical cocktail.
9. You can of course also serve the cocktail in a coconut to emphasize the tropical character of the cocktail.
10. When you pour the cocktail you will see that you have a beautiful white cocktail. Ideal cocktail for a snow-white beach!
