- 10 ml. Cherry Brandy
- 1 dash Champagne
- 5 ml. Lemon juice
- 1 bit Crushed ice

Take a Champagne flute and fill it 1/3 full with crushed ice. Pour the Cognac, Cherry Brandy and lemon juice over the ice and top up with Champagne.
