What do you need for a Northern lights?
- 2 cl. Aquavit
- 2 cl. Bourbon whiskey
- 1 cl. Grenadine
- 1 dash Angostura
- 12 cl. Soda water
- 1 pair Oranges
- 1 pair Lemons
- 1 pair Ice Cubes
How do I create a Northern lights cocktail?
Place the liquid ingredients, except the soda water, together with a few ice cubes in the shaker. Shake vigorously and pour the mix through the strainer into a highball glass filled with ice cubes or a large tumbler. Add two or three slices of orange and lemon. Add soda water to taste and stir carefully. Serve with a straw.
