Cocktail Recept: Miami

A Miami cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 14 cl. Pineapple juice
• 1 cl. Peppermint liqueur 
• 1 cl. Lemon juice
• 1 cl. Sugar syrup
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a highball glass.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
