What do you need for a Mentha poll?

A Mentha poll cocktail contains the following ingredients:

4 cl. Peppermint liqueur
15 cl. Water
1 bit Ice Cube

How do I create a Mentha poll cocktail?

Place some ice cubes in a highball glass.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Then stir the mix well.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
