How do I create a Lumumba 2 cocktail?

1. Place the milk and, to taste, one or two tablespoons of cocoa powder in a mixing bowl.
2. Stir this well and put the mixture in the refrigerator.
3. Put some ice cubes in a highball glass and add the brandy.
4. Then pour in the cooled mix from the mixing bowl.
5. Stir everything carefully.
6. Place or pipe a dollop of whipped cream on the cocktail.
7. Now sprinkle some cocoa powder over the cocktail.
8. Serve the cocktail immediately.
