- 1 bit Nutmeg
- 1 bit Tonic

A Lime and Gin cocktail contains the following ingredients:
Scoop a scoop of lime sorbet into a highball glass. Pour in Gin and grate a little nutmeg. Pour well-chilled tonic on top and top up each time the foam has subsided until the glass is full.
