Cocktail Recept: Le mans

A Le mans cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 3 cl. Vodka 
• 3 cl. Cointreau 
• 12 cl. Soda water
• 1 pair Oranges
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Place some ice cubes in a highball glass.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the soda water.
Also add half a slice of orange to the glass.
Then stir the mix.
Top up the cocktail with soda water to taste.
Stir the mix again.
Present the cocktail with a straw and a stirrer.
