How do I create a Le mans cocktail?

1. Place some ice cubes in a highball glass.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, except the soda water.
3. Also add half a slice of orange to the glass.
4. Then stir the mix.
5. Top up the cocktail with soda water to taste.
6. Stir the mix again.
7. Present the cocktail with a straw and a stirrer.
