How do I create a Kiwi mojito cocktail?

1. Brush the limes clean.
2. Then cut them into wedges.
3. Place the segments in a mixing bowl and add the mint leaves and sugar.
4. Mash everything finely with a pestle and add the rum.
5. Stir well.
6. Place plenty of ice in a highball glass and pour in the mixture.
7. Add some peeled and chopped kiwi.
8. Complete the cocktail, to taste, with a dash of soda water.
