• 2 cl.Apricot Brandy
• 2 cl.Lemon juice
• 1 cl.Strawberry syrup
• 10 cl.Tonic

How do I create a Irish lady cocktail?

1. Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, except the tonic water.
3. Then shake the mix vigorously.
4. Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
5. Pour the mixture through a strainer into the glass.
6. Top up with tonic to taste. Present the cocktail with a straw and a stirrer.
