Cocktail Recept: Honeyflip

A Honeyflip cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 20 cl. Milk
• 2 cl. Currant juice
• 1 cl. Honey
• 1 bit Egg yolk
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a highball glass.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
