What do you need for a Green pineapple?
- 2 cl. Blue Curacao
- 5 cl. Pineapple juice
- 1 cl. Lemon juice
- 6 cl. Sect
- 1 pair Ice Cubes
How do I create a Green pineapple cocktail?
Place the blue curacao and lemon juice in the shaker with some ice cubes. Shake vigorously and then pour the mix through the bar strainer into a cocktail glass. Finally, add pineapple juice and ice-cold, dry sparkling wine to taste.
