Cocktail Recept: Green pineapple

A Green pineapple cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 2 cl. Blue Curacao 
• 5 cl. Pineapple juice
• 1 cl. Lemon juice
• 6 cl. Sect 
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Place the blue curacao and lemon juice in the shaker with some ice cubes. Shake vigorously and then pour the mix through the bar strainer into a cocktail glass. Finally, add pineapple juice and ice-cold, dry sparkling wine to taste.
