What do you need for a French Coffee?

A French Coffee cocktail contains the following ingredients:

2/7 part Grand Marnier red
5/7 part Coffee
1 bit Sugar
1 bit Whipped cream

How do I create a French Coffee cocktail?

Grab a coffee cup and put a scoop of sugar in it. Pour the Grand Marnier over this and top up with coffee.
Garnish with plenty of whipped cream and a little cocoa powder.
