• 3 cl.Gin
• 3 cl.Grapefruit juice
• 10 cl.Bitter lemon

How do I create a Francis cocktail?

1. Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, except the bitter lemon.
3. Then shake the mix vigorously.
4. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a highball glass containing ice cubes.
5. Supplement the mix with bitter lemon to taste.
6. Present the cocktail with a straw.
