Cocktail Recept: Francis
What do you need for a Francis?
- 4 cl. Aperol
- 3 cl. Gin
- 3 cl. Grapefruit juice
- 10 cl. Bitter lemon
- 1 pair Ice Cubes
How do I create a Francis cocktail?
Add the remaining ingredients, except the bitter lemon.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a highball glass containing ice cubes.
Supplement the mix with bitter lemon to taste.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
