- 10 drop Lemon juice
How do I create a The surf cocktail?
First pour the vodka into a shot glass. Then pour the blue curacoa over the rounded side of a spoon into the glass. Then you drop the passoa into the glass and finally the lemon juice. Feel the surf in your throat!
