- 2 Limes
- 10 Oranges
- 30 Ice Cubes
- 24 Mint
- 3 dl. Pineapple juice
- 2 dl. Sparkling mineral water
How do I create a Citrus mimosa cocktail?
Scrub the limes and 4 oranges thoroughly.
Peel very thin strips of the citrus fruit peel with a zester.
Then squeeze the limes and oranges.
Strain the juice.
Divide ice cubes, citrus peels and mint leaves alternately between the highball glasses.
Then pour the orange-lime juice and the pineapple juice
about the contents of the glasses.
Fill the glasses with mineral water.
