Cocktail Recept: Citrus mimosa

A Citrus mimosa cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 2 Limes
• 10 Oranges
• 30 Ice Cubes
• 24 Mint
• 3 dl. Pineapple juice
• 2 dl. Sparkling mineral water

Scrub the limes and 4 oranges thoroughly.
Peel very thin strips of the citrus fruit peel with a zester.
Then squeeze the limes and oranges.
Strain the juice.
Divide ice cubes, citrus peels and mint leaves alternately between the highball glasses.
Then pour the orange-lime juice and the pineapple juice
about the contents of the glasses.
Fill the glasses with mineral water.
