Cocktail Recept: Cherry cassis

A Cherry cassis cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 3 cl. Kirsch 
• 6 cl. Currant juice
• 9 cl. Soda water
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Place some ice cubes in a highball glass.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the soda water.
Then stir the mix.
Top up the cocktail with soda water to taste.
Stir again.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
