- 4 cl. Creme de Cassis
- 2 cl. Apricot Brandy
- 3 cl. Cream
- 1 tuft Whipped cream
- 1 pair Ice Cubes

A Cassandra cocktail contains the following ingredients:
Put all the ingredients together with a few ice cubes in the shaker. Shake vigorously and pour the mix through the bar strainer into a cocktail glass. Carefully place a dollop of whipped cream on the cocktail with a spoon.
