What do you need for a Buryia?
- 3 cl. Aquavit
- 2 cl. Chartreuse
- 10 cl. Cider
- 1 pair Ice Cubes
How do I create a Buryia cocktail?
Mix the aquavit and chartreuse thoroughly in the shaker with some ice cubes. Then pour the mix through a strainer into a highball glass filled with some ice cubes. Top up with ice-cold cider to taste. Serve with a straw and stirrer.
