Cocktail Recept: Brandy egg still

A Brandy egg still cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 4 cl. Apricot Brandy 
• 1 % Sugar syrup
• 10 cl. Milk
• 1 bit Egg yolk
• 1 pair Ice Cubes
• 1 pinch Nutmeg

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into an old-fashioned glass or tumbler.
Sprinkle some nutmeg on the cocktail before serving.
Present the cocktail with a short straw.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
