What do you need for a Bramble?

• 8Blackberries
• 2 cl.Sugar water
• 4 cl.Gin
• 2 cl.Blackberry liqueur
• 4 cl.Lemon juice

How do I create a Bramble cocktail?

1. Puree the blackberries in a blender, in a food processor or with a hand blender.
2. Pour the puree into a shaker.
3. Add the remaining ingredients, except the blackberry liqueur.
4. Also add some crushed ice.
5. Then shake the mix vigorously for 2 minutes.
6. Pour the cocktail into a cocktail glass.
7. Finally, pour the blackberry liqueur over it.
8. Garnish the cocktail with a blackberry or mint leaf placed on the rim of the cocktail glass.
