Cocktail Recept: Bramble

A Bramble cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 8 Blackberries
• 2 cl. Sugar water
• 4 cl. Gin 
• 2 cl. Blackberry liqueur 
• 4 cl. Lemon juice

Puree the blackberries in a blender, in a food processor or with a hand blender.
Pour the puree into a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the blackberry liqueur.
Also add some crushed ice.
Then shake the mix vigorously for 2 minutes.
Pour the cocktail into a cocktail glass.
Finally, pour the blackberry liqueur over it.
Garnish the cocktail with a blackberry or mint leaf placed on the rim of the cocktail glass.
