Cocktail Recept: Blacky

A Blacky cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 12 cl. Currant juice
• 4 cl. Lemon juice
• 2 cl. Honey
• 8 cl. Soda water
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Place some ice cubes in a highball glass.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the soda water.
Then stir the mix.
Top up the cocktail with ice-cold soda water, to taste.
Stir again.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
