- 3 cl. Lemon juice
- 6 cl. Apricot juice
- 12 cl. Soda water
- 1 pair Ice Cubes
How do I create a Apricot sparkler cocktail?
In a mixing glass, stir together lemon and apricot juice with some ice cubes. Pour the mix through a bar strainer into a highball glass with ice cubes. Then top it up with ice-cold soda water to your own taste. Stir well again and finally serve with a straw.
