How do I create a Apricot sparkler cocktail?

1. In a mixing glass, stir together lemon and apricot juice with some ice cubes.
2. Pour the mix through a bar strainer into a highball glass with ice cubes.
3. Then top it up with ice-cold soda water to your own taste.
