Cocktail Recept: Bali dream

A Bali dream cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 3 cl. Pisang Ambon 
• 3 cl. Rum 
• 2 cl. Cream the coconut 
• 8 cl. Pineapple juice
• 1 bit Crushed ice
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Fill a highball glass halfway with crushed ice.
Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into the glass.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
