Cocktail Recept: Arena

A Arena cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 2 cl. Sherry 
• 2 cl. Vermouth 
• 2 cl. Vermouth 
• 1 dash Orange bitter 
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Place some ice cubes in a mixing bowl.
Add the sherry, dry vermouth, vermouth rosso and orange bitters.
Then stir the mix.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a cocktail glass.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
