• 2 cl.Creme de Menthe
• 1 cl.Lime juice
• 12 cl.Ginger ale

How do I create a Ardsley cooler cocktail?

1. Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, except the ginger ale.
3. Then shake the mix vigorously.
4. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a highball glass containing some ice cubes.
5. Complete the cocktail with ginger ale, to taste.
6. Stir well again.
7. Present the cocktail with a straw.
8. Serve the cocktail immediately.
