Cocktail Recept: Ardsley cooler

A Ardsley cooler cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 3 cl. Gin 
• 2 cl. Creme de Menthe 
• 1 cl. Lime juice
• 12 cl. Ginger ale
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the ginger ale.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a highball glass containing some ice cubes.
Complete the cocktail with ginger ale, to taste.
Stir well again.
Present the cocktail with a straw.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
