Cocktail Recept: Angostura fizz

A Angostura fizz cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 5 cl. Lemon juice
• 1 cl. Sugar syrup
• 1 dash Angostura 
• 1 bit Egg white
• 12 cl. Soda water
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients, except the soda water.
Then shake the mix vigorously until the egg whites become frothy.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a large tumbler glass or a highball glass.
Top up the cocktail with ice-cold soda water, to taste.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
