Cocktail Recept: Alligator

A Alligator cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 2 cl. Pernod 
• 2 cl. Blue Curacao 
• 12 cl. Maracuja juice
• 1 dash Angostura 
• 10 gram Sugar
• 1 pair Ice Cubes
• 1 pair Lemons

Moisten the rim of a highball glass with a lemon wedge.
Then press the rim of the glass into a layer of sugar to get a sugar rim on the glass.
Then put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Now shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into the prepared highball glass filled with ice cubes.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
