A 3FM serious request juices 2014 number 01 The Power cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 2 Pear
• 1 bit Watercress
• 1 stem Parsley
• 0.5 Lime
• 1 dash Carrot juice

Place the pears, watercress and parsley in the blender and let it run on low speed. Pour the mixture into a glass and squeeze half a lime over it. Dilute with a little carrot juice and garnish with a piece of reserved watercress.
