Cocktail Recept: Pernod flip

A Pernod flip cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 2 cl. Creme de Cacao white 
• 2 cl. Pastis 
• 2 cl. Cream
• 1 bit Egg yolk
• 1 pair Ice Cubes
• 1 pinch Nutmeg

Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into a cocktail glass.
Sprinkle some nutmeg on the cocktail.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
