How do I create a One Ireland cocktail?

1. Place two small scoops of vanilla ice cream in a highball glass.
2. Pour the whiskey and creme de menthe into a shaker.
3. Shake it vigorously.
4. Pour the mix into the glass.
5. The cocktail can be supplemented with milk (or stir again) to taste.
6. Present the cocktail with a straw.
7. Serve the cocktail immediately.
