Wat heb je nodig voor een Cherry and egg?

Een Cherry and egg cocktail bevat de volgende ingredienten:

4 cl. Cherry Brandy
1 beetje Eiergeel

Hoe maak ik een Cherry and egg cocktail?

Schenk de cherry brandy in een cocktailglas.
Leg een hele eierdooier voorzichtig in de cherrybrandy in het glas.
N.B. de eierdooier blijft op de brandy drijven.
Dit katerdrankje dient, in een teug, “opgeslurpt” te worden.
