Cocktail Recept: Blackberry cream

A Blackberry cream cocktail contains the following ingredients:

• 4 cl. Blackberry liqueur 
• 2 cl. Gin 
• 2 cl. Cream
• 1 bit Egg yolk
• 1 pair Ice Cubes

Have a pre-chilled cocktail glass ready.
Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Then shake the mix vigorously.
Pour the mixture through a strainer into the cocktail glass.
Serve the cocktail immediately.
