Cocktail recept :
Palais Royal
25 ml.
Cognac
10 ml.
Cherry Brandy
1 dash
Champagne
5 ml.
Lemon juice
1 bit
Crushed ice
Preparation:
Take a Champagne flute and fill it 1/3 full with crushed ice. Pour the Cognac, Cherry Brandy and lemon juice over the ice and top up with Champagne.
Garnish the cocktail with a strawberry and a slice of lemon!
