10 ml. Amaretto
1 bit Champagne
1 pair Ice Cube

Preparation:

Place the ice cubes in a mixing bowl. Add Gin, Creme de cassis and Amaretto and stir vigorously.
Strain it into a champagne glass and top up with champagne.
