Bourbon Mint Julep
60 ml.
Bourbon whiskey
15 ml.
Rum
4 piece
Mint leaf
4 teaspoon
Sugar
1 bit
Ice
Preparation:
Place ice, bourbon, mint leaves and sugar in a mixing bowl. Stir, pour into a highball glass filled with ice and stir gently until the glass is slightly frozen. Top up with a dash of rum or cognac.
Serve with a long straw.
