Fill 1/2 glass with crushed ice. Squeeze the lime into the glass. Squeezed lime in shaker with the rest of the ingredients + ice cubes. Pour the mixture through the strainer into the glass and stir well. Glass: glass on foot. Serve with cocktail cherry and pineapple slice.
