15 ml. Cognac
15 ml. Herbal bitter
1 bit Champagne
1 teaspoon Sugar

Preparation:

Place sugar cube in a Champagne glass. Add a dash of Bitter and then the Cognac. Slowly top up with Champagne. Serve with strawberry pieces.
