How do I create a Whiskey puff cocktail?

1. Put some ice cubes in a shaker.
2. Add the whiskey and milk.
3. Then shake the mix vigorously.
4. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a highball glass.
5. Supplement the mix with soda water to taste.
6. Stir everything well.
7. Present the cocktail with a straw.
